1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bet160 ("bet160," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bet160 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at bet160.one (the "Platform").

bet160 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bet160 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of bet160, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one bet160 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet160 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bet160 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Accurate Information: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• KYC Verification: bet160 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID). Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful KYC completion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bet160 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bet160 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generator (RNG) games on bet160 are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcome of live games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, etc.) and is not subject to manipulation by bet160 or the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, bet160 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. bet160 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet160 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bet160.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet160 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

bet160's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bet160 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet160 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

bet160 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Verification: bet160 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their bet160 account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bet160 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or account closure request.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, bet160 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bet160 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. bet160 operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bet160 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who have a complaint regarding the Platform may submit a formal complaint to bet160 customer support. bet160 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.
